Die Punkte fliegen, fallen – vertikal, horizontal. Werden groß. Verwandeln sich. Stehen als Mond am Himmel. Der Mond wird zum Ball. Der Ball wird zur Fliege. Die Fliege wird verschluckt. Die Fliege kommt als Leuchtpunkt wieder aus dem Mund heraus, balanciert als Jonglierball über das Gesicht. Wird geworfen. Eingepflanzt. Gegossen. Wächst zur Pflanze, zum Apfelbaum, zum Acker mit zahlreichen Ähren. Fliegt als Sternschnuppenregen vom Himmel. Wird Ton, Musik. Notenlinie. Limbostange, Dolch, Paddel, Querflöte…
„Er ist ein Zauberer!“ hört man eine Kinderstimme aus den vorderen Reihen rufen. „Sie ist eine Hexe!“ an anderer Stelle.
Mira Ravald und Luis Sartori do Vale der Company Portmanteau aus Finnland erzeugen mit Licht, Overhead-Projektionen, Bällen, Tanz und Jonglage eine permanent vor den Augen metamorphosierende Performance, die mich in die unbegrenzte Fantasiewelt meines Kindheits-Ichs zurückversetzte.
Lea Röwer ist eine multimediale Künstlerin mit fotografischem Schwerpunkt. Sie mag Linien mehr als Punkte, weil sie aussehen wie ein Weg und nicht wie ein Wegende.

The dots fly, fall – vertically, horizontally. Get large. Transform. Are the moon is in the sky. The moon becomes a ball. The ball becomes a fly. The fly is swallowed. Flies from the sky as a shower of shooting stars. Becomes sound, music. Music strings. A Limbo stick, a dagger, a paddle, a flute…
„He’s a wizard!“ a child’s voice can be heard shouting from the front rows. „She’s a witch!“ elsewhere.
Mira Ravald and Luis Sartori do Vale of the Portmanteau company from Finland use light, overhead projections, balls, dance and juggling to create a constantly metamorphosing performance that transported me back to the unlimited fantasy world of my childhood self.
Lea Röwer is a multimedia artist with a focus on photography. She prefers lines over dots, because they look more like a path than the end of a path.
